This is such an amazing bag. It has no label inside and I’m guessing it’s circa 1960’s. It’s really in great condition. The front had what looks like mermaid scales to me. They are all intact. There is some wear on the top clasp but other than that it’s been kept in wonderful condition. I believe this is vinyl. This is seriously a unique bag. 7.5” strap drop.
