tonyadenise2525 @marcestyles cool! this vest does not have the zipper part to add sleeves or remove sleeves. I do have another vest that looks very very similar to this one that does have the zippers at the shoulders to add or remove sleeves but I didn't feel like that vest was worth selling bc it has several ripped areas and the sleeves are missing
