Vintage Men's Fedora Dress Hat with Pellon

This is a vintage men's fedora. It has a tag inside that says there's Pellon inside, which from what I've found, is a fabric fuser. It's a tweed-like look with a belt style band around base. There is a worn size tag that says 7 1/? (worn, could be 1/8, 1/4...), and it measures about 21" around. There is some bending and crushing and some heavier wear to the front and the back of the brim. There is a thinning spot on the end of the band just after the "loop" (moth type hole). There is also a hole on the inside material at the edge of the brim at the right rear side of the hat.
