Vintage Burberry Mens Raincoat. W/Scarf. Burberry raincoat with no size tags on it but appears to be a 40/42. Coat belonged to my father who passed away in 1992 so coat must have been purchased in the 80s. Hasn't been worn in over 30 years so still in excellent condition. Comes with a" Burberry pattern" scarf(Scarf is not Burberry). Apparently, the sleeves have been shortened

Probably a dumb question since it is labeled as a raincoat, but is this water repellent? Like will it hold up in a straight up storm?
