 This is a vintage Men's Patagonia Synchilla Fleece Snap-T Sweater Jacket Pullover  Size Large Color is Aqua The Following Measurements were Taken with the Item Laying Flat and Unstretched Underarm to Underarm: 25.5" Shoulder Seam to Shoulder Seam: 22" Length of Arm from Top of Shoulder Seam to Sleeve Cuff: 23" Length From Top of Shoulder to Hem: 28" Made in the USA There are a Couple of Spots I Have Not Tried Removing.
