Vintage Mayfair red and white apron dress

An adorable red and white dress with separate apron. Heart smocking, white lace trim, and back button closure on both apron and dress. White fabric has tulip print pattern. Good vintage condition. Sleeve elastic has lost a lot of its stretch, no other visible signs of wear. Smoke-free home. Size is not marked but pears to measure between 18 mos and 2T. See pictures for measurements.
