Vintage Maya Evangelista Hard Resin Cross Body Bag/Clutch handmade

Vintage Maya Evangelista gorgeous, rare and unique gray resin purse. Versatile, converts from shoulder bag to clutch, or cross body with the detachable beaded strap. Strap drop is 22” and hangs comfortably off shoulder or can be worn crossbody. Circa mid 1980s. Made from the resin of trees in the Philippines. Such a timeless gorgeous piece. Everything from the clasp to the metal beaded strap is packed with amazing detail. This purse features the designer’s stamped name on the back in an intricate frame. The latch has a magnetic clasp behind beautiful detailed Victorian styled clasp. There is a crack on the top of the case which you can see when I have the bag in direct sunlight in the photos above but it is still functional!
