Vintage Mattel Patootie “Talking” Clown Doll Non Working 1965

Vintage 1965 Mattel Patootie “Talking” Clown Doll I put talking in quotes because it currently doesn't work. Talking Clown Doll is the official name. I'm not sure if it can be fixed, if I pull the cord nothing happens (it does go back in). Otherwise it's in really good condition for it's age, doesn't appear to be faded or worn much. Could use some cleaning. Please see photos approx 16" tall
