Vintage Mattel Cuties set of 9

These miniature figures were made in Japan for Mattel and came out in 1986. The figures shown came from multiple sets. And these are all I have left. In the 1st pic, the 3rd from the left doll has something yellow on it. Not sure what it is. Could probably be washed with soap and water. Thank you for looking.
