Vintage 1930 Working Marx Whoopie Car - In working order We are proud to offer this very entertaining 1930 Marx toy in great vintage condition. When wound up the car drives erratically about, forward and backward, spinning around and doing wheelies. The cowboy jumps up and sits down over and over like a cowboy riding a bucking bronco. The big letters on the back of the car read "Whoopie Car" Louis Marx & Co., NY. This toy shows little signs of use on the litho paint with only a thin line of the paint removed on the wear surfaces of the rear tires. It retains its original gloss but can use a small amount of detailing from dust on the floor pan. It is probably the best example of the Cowboy Whoopie Car we have seen. It appears to be 100% original with no touch-up, no rust, and no repairs. Collectors agree the Whoopie Cowboy Car is one of the most sought after Louis Marx collectible toys.
