Rayon short sleeve blouse from Marshall Rousso. Embroidery detail on sleeves, hem, and Victorian style heart on the front. Neckline has a unique scallop detail along with more embroidery. The color is a sandy khaki washed tan. Good vintage preloved condition. There’s one spot on the front side torso and then a couple of other smaller spots on the sleeves.
