Vintage Marni Y2K Peplum Wool Sweater *flaw*

100% Wool blue designer sweater with light scoop neck, and cinched waist creating a peplum silhouette. Has a significant hole in the right arm, shown in photo, I don't think this sweater should be discarded and I'm hoping someone will be able to get it mended or altered (sleeves shortened) 38 converts to a US 2 or S according to Marni's current Size Conversion. Pit to pit- 14.25” Length- 22”
