EUC, color is navy blue. sleeves and streamer under bow are sheer and a few shades darker than the rest of the dress. I think the main fabric is polyester. The tag info has worn away, so I know nothing except for brand. The sleeves are gathered at top. Zipper is hidden under bow. Split in center back of dress. Would be very cool as a vintage prom dress.
