I absolutely LOVE 1970s does Victorian and this blouse or jacket by Marion Donaldson does not disappoint! Super cool goth vibes with shiny black button/eyelet closure and blue plaid ruffle at collar, sleeve, and hem. This is marked a vintage size 14 but I would say this fits like a large or medium depending on how you like the fit. Measurements below taken laying flat.
