Vintage Mario Jason 11' fish in kelp with layered stone Base-Sculpture/brutalist

Description-very unusual fish sculpture of Mario Jason's with signature that is undated. The rock it is on is a very unique rock with a lot of layering that I am unable to identify. Condition- Good vintage condition-not perfect-irregular by nature as is all hand made art. see all pics provided.
