Vintage Marcia & Me Co. Red Shirt & Skirt Set

This is likely from the 1980s based on the style. Tag says Marcia & Me Co. and both the top and bottom are a size “small.” For perspective, I am a size small top and a 12 bottom. Skirt is elastic and stretches.
