Vintage Marble Engraving of Liberty Bell Singing of Declaration Dennis R. Bivens

Dennis R Bivens engraved image of the Liberty bell with the signing of the Decleration of Independence depicted in the center of the bell on a 8 inch by 10 inch hand made marble tile, framed in a 11 1/4 inch by 13 `1/2 inch frame. Pre-owned, the tile and image are in mint condition, no chips, scratches, marks or other noticeable flaws. The gold toned edging on the frame has some noticeable scratches and marks and some seperation from the frame itself. The back of the frame has a small stain (water or some other liquid) and some denting (that did not break through the surface of the backing). See pictures. This is a very unique and rare item.
