Vintage Manuhealii Mini Dress

Manuhealii dress from the 90s/2000s. Awapuhi print in green on tan/green gingham material. Dress is in beautiful vintage condition, but please note that there are 2 small spots where the seams on the right side of the dress are starting to pucker, but hasn’t made a hole. Tag is unreadable, but my best guess is that this is a size Small. Please see pictures and placement of measuring tape.
