Vintage Man in Turban Purple Stone Brooch Clip

Fun vintage brooch depicts a man in a turban with a purple stone applied on gold tone metal. Unmarked but looks older. The back has an unusual mechanism -- a dress type clip on the bottom with a pinback soldered to the underside. So you can wear it as a pin right side up of as a clip but it would be upside down. Lightweight but high relief. Measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" Condition is good other than weird mechanism -- the pic shows some silver spots but they dont exist in real life.
