Vintage Maida's Lizard Leather Belt w/ Sterling Buckle

This is a really nice set, from the famed Maida's Belts and Buckles of Houston, TX. 34" black genuine lizard leather belt with great detail, backed with dark brown calf leather. Finished off with a sterling plated Celtic knot style buckle set. The buckle set has great detailing. It is NOT marked, however, tests sterling and has appropriate tarnish of silver. Buckle set has a really unusual profile, clearly a high end piece to finish off a high end belt. Buckle is in excellent, retro/vintage condition showing age appropriate tarnish. Belt is in very good condition, showing just a bit of scuffing along the belt tail from sliding in a buckle and a bit of creasing at favorite wholes. 42" total length, holes at 33 1/2" - 38 1/4".
