Vintage Maggy London velvet navy blue dress size 4

Such a sweet little vintage dress. Beautiful velvet material with a scalloped neck and arm line. Size 4 would be great for a night out or a party. Does have shoulder pads. 15" waist 37" length 17" pit to pit bust/chest Their is no stretch in this dress! Nice deep navy blue. In great vintage pre-used condition.
