Vintage Maggie London 100% Silk Dress with puff ruffle sleeve & shoulder pads

This is a darling vintage silk dress. The print is a black background with cream large polka dots on black dots. The bottom of the dress has a fanciful triple ruffle. This dress needs a good steam as it’s been hiding in my closet, it’s puffy shoulder sleeves are not highlighted as well as they could be. There are shoulder pads as well. The measurements are: bust, seam to seam lying flat 20 inches, length 36 inches, shoulder 14.5 inches seam to seam lying flat. There is a three button closure on the back.
