This is spectacular. Vintage Maison Boutique Black Velvet Gown from PARIS, France. Maison lovingly made in a small Parisian boutique. Empire style waist. Spaghetti (more like Fettucini straps) Exceptional condition. Guessing it is a SMALL (4-6) based on measurements. No size on the tag. Chest is 15“ across (there is space for breasts that I could not measure). Measured from armpit to armpit seam across front of dress Waist is about 13 inches front side Length of the dress is 57“ long Worn on two occasions, kept in garment bag and clean stored. Excellent condition, no flaws, no stains, no tears. Beautiful colorful fun embroidery. Hand made in PARIS FRANCE.
