Waist is a little under 16 inches, but there’s elastic in the back that will give a little extra room (pictured too 😊). Hips measures a little over 17 inches. I’m 5’1 and would totally model this if I could! It looks like it’s going to hit right above the knee. I added the full length measurement for reference — let me know if you need anything else 💕💕
