Vintage Madame Alexander dolls, need repair

Vintage 1960’s (?) 8” Madame Alexander dolls that need to go to the doll hospital. Both heads are detached. Laurie (boy) has a hook for his head while Hansel (girl) has a rubber band. Her right leg also seems loose. I didn’t want to throw these away. Someone who knows what she/he is doing can repair these and sell them for a pretty penny.
