Vintage Macrame Natural Polished Stone Holder Pendant Beaded Pouch

Gorgeous older piece. True vintage macrame and a Polished stone inside the pendant pouch. Some spots as shown in photos, looks like a color from fabric or something has bled onto it and I've not tried to clean this piece. Not sure how much a proper cleaning would improve this.
