A vintage MS Co. (Medical Supply Company) first aid kit metal box from the 1960s I think. It looks like a lacquered metal in a cream color with brown logo branding. It has some paint wear in spots which is to be expected, but in overall excellent vintage condition. The clasp fully locks and it can also be wall hung by the brackets. This is a wonderful relic that can be a functional yet aesthetic decor piece for today. Measures 5" high, 4.5"wide, 2.5" deep. Comes empty but the last photo is staged for size reference.
