Vintage MR John JR Felt Women's Dress Hat

This is a dress hat by Mr John Jr. I think it is felt. It has a nice leather like wrap at the base on the crown. There is no size markings but it is about 21 inches around. If it was worn it was not much. The top of the crown does have some spots that cave in when touched.
