Vintage M.P.H. Bohemian Maxi Dress Size XXXL (?)

Vintage M.P.H. Bohemian Maxi Dress Size XXXL (?) Size tag missing, guessed based on measurements; see below Silver gray No material tag either but assuming it’s Rayon based on other dresses by this brand. Functional buttons down front though the bottom of the skirt is not open, buttons at cuffs. Waist ties at back. Velveteen grid embroidery at bust, black and gray embroidery throughout. Textured lower fabric. GUC; some loose embroidery stitching at one shoulder, a small spot near the collar, some discoloration that I think was just a flaw in the original dying of the fabric and a small hole forming at the waist, all pictured in the last frames.
