melissawells268 Just curious if you bought this lamp at the Cracker Barrel in the 1990s.? I know that's a rather odd question, but I'm having a bit of a spiff with one of the antique dealers on etsy. he has the same exact lamp. I bought at the Cracker Barrel in 1990. And insist that his lamp is from the 1940s. So now I'm on the search for somebody that has this exact lamp. And there's exactly where was obtained.. I know this is a very unusual question. Thank you for your time.

ceres1013 @melissawells268 it depends, the authentic one was made in the 40’s, and the non authentic one was mass produced in the 90’s. You can tell by where it was made, (in Holland), and also by the top screw that secures the glass shade on, it almost resembles a pineapple. That’s the original one., hope this helps!!
