Vintage MCM totally hand stitched green gingham 1/2 apron orange hatch stitch

It measures 21 inches in length and 20 inches in width at the waist; 32 inches in width across the bottom and features 29 inch ties on each side. Completely hand stitched (NO machine stitching ANYWHERE - see second photo closeup) my guess is that dates from pre 1950 when hand stitching was still somewhat common.
