Vintage MCM Black Panther Mantle Clock Art Deco Look Ceramic Sleek Cat Gold Trim

A Sleek Sentinel of Time for Your Mantle Piece. Very cool ceramic novelty mantel clock featuring a prowling panther slinking down a rocky cliff. Midnight black w gold tone accents & red open mouth. Tail wraps around cliff top. Beautiful clock face & long cord. Clock hands move consistently when plugged in, but we could not set the clock as it takes a while for the hands to move. On the back there are two threaded flat screw projections that may need knobs or tabs to turn. Features: • Deep black panther accented in some gold, cliffs in brown & gray • Shiny smooth glaze, speckled throughout except on black • Probably 1950s, MCM w Art Deco Look • Beautiful clock face w raised numbers in black w gold outline • No damage to ceramic casing, clock hands move but we could not set • Made in USA Measurements: Height 9.5 in / 24 cm Length 11.5 in / 29 cm Width 3 in / 8 cm Cord 50 in / 127 cm Condition: Pre-Owned Good Clock tested & hands move when plugged in. However, we could not set the time as hands do not move immediately. Assume clockworks may need some attention. Smaller screws on clock back may need tabs or knobs to set time.
