70's Vintage Knee-Length Shift Dress by NPC Fashions sz 16  100% Polyester Green paisley pattern with tie at the neck.  Elastic closure at the cuff, wgich makes for a nice, full sleeve. Originally from an estate sale, needs laundering, which I will leave to the new owner. Has no rips, tears, or stains.  Excellent vintage condition. Made in the USA Union Label.
