Vintage MCM 1960’s Marcrest Apine Swiss Chalet Vegetable Bowl 9 in. Set of 3. This is a very pretty set of MCM Vegetable bowls. Marcrest’s Swiss Alpine Chalet pattern is a classic example of Mid-Century Modern design. The pattern is pretty blue flowers, blue and green leaves arranged in a circle on a white bowl with blue trim on the edge. They are good quality. These would look great in a retro kitchen. They have been used nearly frequently since they were originally purchased in the 60’s. They can still be used or they would look great in a display case. Height 2 in Depth 1.75 in Diameter 9 in Weight 5 lbs In good condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is crazing as is common with Marcrest pieces and one bowl has some slight discoloration.
