Vintage MCM 1960’s Marcrest Apine Swiss Chalet Vegetable Bowl 9 in. Set of 2. This is a very pretty set of MCM Vegetable bowls. Marcrest’s Swiss Alpine Chalet pattern is a classic example of Mid-Century Modern design. The pattern is pretty blue flowers, blue and green leaves arranged in a circle on a white bowl with blue trim on the edge. They are good quality. These would look great in a retro kitchen. They have been used nearly frequently since they were originally purchased in the 60’s. They can still be used or they would look great in a display case. Height 2 in Depth 1.75 in Diameter 9 in Weight 4 lbs In fair condition. There are no chips. There are hairline cracks on each bowl, discoloration on one, and crazing as is common with Marcrest pieces. Please review the photos for verification of condition.
