Vintage MC Shackman Colonial dollhouse family Mom/Dad/Sister/Brother 3"-5" tall

Vintage 1960s. This item is brand new in package. I opened the package to replace the rubber bands that were sticky and disintegrated so they wouldn't ruin the dolls. The package shows a bit of wear from age including a slight dent, small tear in top right corner, and the plastic window has separated from the box on one corner.
