Bill Atkinson for Glen of Michigan. Tag says size 12 but it is tiny (vintage sizing). The measurements are in the pics. I'm guessing small or extra small. 100% wool. A-line maxi skirt. Zipper and brass hook closure in back of skirt. Made in USA with union label. Guessing from the 70's. Great condition with no rips or stains. W-303
