Vintage Lucite and Vinyl Chunky Heel Shoes

Cute vinyl and leather uppers, strappy shoes with rhinestones, and a lucite heel. Great for Halloween or a masquerade party. one heel has a cracked sole and was glued on. May need replacing or needs repair but still wearable.
