Vintage Louis Feraud Dress

This vintage Louis Feraud dress is black white small white polka dots. It is lightweight and features knotted sleeves. This dress also features a belt loop- so you can mix and match with different colors. Belt is included- but does not fit in the belt loops (at least I could not seem to get it to fit). It is the exact print as the dress- so I am including it in purchase. It could be worn over the belt loop, if desired.
