Pre-owned, most of them still have tags, I think one does not. see pictures, they are all in good condition, with possible small storage wear, they have been sitting on a shelf for awhile so it's possible some dust. see pictures. They are the smaller bears, not minis but small. roughly 4-6inch , measurements are approximate.
