Vintage Look Cotton Floral Button-Down Maxi Dress

Bought this as a project dress when I did WWII reenacting, and then left the hobby before I did anything with it. Thin cotton maxi dress that buttons down fully in the front. Ties in the back and shoulder pads for shape. Black, white buttons, and an all-over red, yellow, and white floral pattern. Genuinely no idea how old the dress actually is, came by it secondhand.
