Vintage Lonnie Lovness New Old Stock Carved Genuine Coral Necklace

Old store stock from the from the 80’s. Retains tag and stock number. Pendant Is salmon pink/watermelon colored precious coral, with lovely opacity and polish. The chips are iridescent shades of corals, creams & tans. 16” with 3” extender. Lobster clasp in silver tone. Back I n the 80’s it was not uncommon to mix semiprecious stones with silver or gold tone. Lonnie Lovness was an American Jewelry Designer out of Stillwater, Minnesota. She was known for her one-of-a-kind, American-made collections. In her 32 years of Jewelry making she traveled the world for her raw materials. Her last studio sale was in 2015. Coral is increasingly rare & endangered, so really the vintage pieces are best. This will be a treasure for YEARS to come. Will arrive in its own soft, protective bag.
