Vintage Longine Ladies’ Dress Watch-60s?

The Vintage (60s?) watch is used and I cannot guarantee it’s in working condition because it only has to wound up and it has been wound too tightly. I brought it to a jeweler and he said it requires no battery. There are jewels that look like diamonds in the face but I can’t guarantee that either. Stainless steel back. There is some wear from the gold color on the front. There is a Speidel band but it needs to be replaced.
