Vintage Long Sleeve Gray with White Dots and Lace Accents Dress

Vintage Black Velvet With floral and Lace rope/fabric accents. Tag says Trends by Jerrie Lurie. There is also inside a tag with the vintage dresses original owner, still inside. There is no size tag. Seems to be a xs or small I’ve included measurements for you to make sure it’s the right fit. I will be listing xs because it’s on the small side, I believe. The arms are a bit sheer, the rest of dress is lined It’s in very good vintage condition. There are a few little marks (pictured) barley noticeable.
