Vintage Long Sleeve Blouse

this was such a cute vintage find at a resale shop but it unfortunately doesn't fit my chest :( the material is like a very light silk- not stretchy at all. the neck is almost a soft turtleneck & has a clasp on the back (second photo). sleeves are gathered & buttoned.
