For your consideration is a dainty vintage necklace by Liz Palacios. It features a silver brass chain with a long, tassel pendant. She used Austrian crystals for her pieces and I love how they sparkle! This necklace does show some discoloration from age. Still a pretty, vintage piece! Hangs down to about 24".
