There is a an elastic inner headband insert for flexibility - it does appear to have some makeup residue - see photos. No size is listed on this hat - must be considered one size. Inside measures approximately 7.5 inches x 7.25 inches. There is a very faint hint of perfume but it isn't very noticeable - I had to literally put my nose in the hat. One person owned this hat (plus a couple others - see other listings) and said it is considered vintage so taking her word on it. Only one hat available in this listing. Will obviously have to be shipped in a larger box which could affect shipping cost but it isn't very heavy - it's just a bit bigger to accommodate the hat properly. Minor small weave imperfection on brim - see photo - normal for straw hats.
