Beautiful vintage Liz Claiborne pencil dress. Has shoulder pads, can be taken off easily. The shoulder itself has a poof. 100% Rayon. The skirt is lined which is 100% poly. Size 8. Made in the Philippines. Beautiful functional buttons down the middle. Has a hook and eye closure right at the waist to cinch it in. Comes with a silky waist tie. It’s a off white color.
