Vintage Liz Baker Tartan Plaid Skirt

I bought this amazing Vintage Liz Baker Skirt for Christmas but sadly it was too small! I absolutely love it though! It is midi length and has some cute button details on the side. Not lined but it's thick and doesn't need to be. It is not wool and is smooth while wearing. Has some elastic at the waistband. Size is 4P but I think it runs smaller. Measurements below! Waist is 12.5 Length is about 31.5
