Vintage Little Mini Black Dress with Cowl Neck from Worth Size Small 90s

I keep thinking I’ve seen this dress somewhere before. Like someone wore it in a significant part of a movie. Did a nurse Ratchet have a dress like this? Idk This is a gorgeous 90s plain Jane dress, but it does make a statement. It speaks confidence and strength to me. It just looks like a serious, down to business dress. With a standup, mandarin, cowl type collar. It stands up all the way around the neck, very unique and great look.
